International Orders

The Sleep Store welcomes purchases from outside New Zealand Australia, however we currently only ship to Australia, the Pacific Islands, the UK, Ireland and Canada.

Placing your order from outside New Zealand or Australia

All orders from outside New Zealand should be placed on our international website www.thesleepstore.com.au.

Please note that as the majority of our international orders are from Australia, prices are in Australian dollars, regardless of where in the world you are ordering from.

Shipping to international locations

We generally ship internationally using the NZ Post Economy Courier service, as this is a reliable and ttrackable service which is not as expensive as an express courier. Delivery is generally about a week depending on location. However the main delay is due to the customs service in your own country, particularly causing delays with shipments into the UK.

Shipping to Australia

Delivery to Australia is generally 3-5 working days.

Sales Tax & Customs Duty:

Please note: You may be charged sales tax and/or customs duty when your package arrives in your country.

Any taxes or duty are your responsibility and is not included in our prices.

Local sales tax may be charged on the total value of your order including shipping costs.

We will not refund international orders due to a customer refusing to pay for tax or duty.
