Shipping to Australia

Orders to Australian destinations are sent via Toll Priority courier - a fast, reliable and trackable service.

Delivery time-frames are approx 3 working days into main centers, and 3-5 days outside main centers, however we cannot guarantee these.

Please note we generally ship to Australia on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will receive an email confirming when your order is shipped.

Please provide a physical address as Toll do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Toll will not leave packages if no-one is home, so if you are not home you will receive a card to call and arrange delivery.

Your TOLL tracking number will be TSSAU and the last 4 digits of your order number.

Calculating your shipping:

Some extra large items will attract higher shipping charges. You can calculate our shipping charge by putting the required items into your shopping cart. This will calculate your freight based on the number of items and their weight.

Sales Tax & Customs Duty - Australian Orders :

Prices shown on our website are zero rated for NZ GST as they are sent from New Zealand to Australia.

Orders to Australian addresses should not be subject to customs and local sales tax unless the value is over $NZ1,000 (approx AU$800). Where these taxes are applicable, this is the purchaser's responsibility and is not included in our prices.
