Washing instructions:
The Lola & Ben Baby Sleeping bag is easy to use and wash.
Merino, being a natural fibre needs to be treated washed with a liquid wool wash. However we have found that wool wash won’t remove stains from cotton, whilst traditional washing powder destroys merino.
The Lola & Ben® Baby Sleeping Bag it is designed so the cotton and merino can be washed separately. Merino is also naturally stain repellent, therefore may not need to be washed as often instead can be aired.
The durability of the cotton ensures the Lola & Ben® Sleeping bag will last - Saving you money and time.
Fire labelling:
Lola & Ben have used high fire danger labels because we want to emphasize the fact that Low Fire Danger doesn’t mean NO Fire Danger as all fabrics will burn. With current regulations, 1 second during the flame test can be the difference between high and low danger labeling.
Lola & Ben Baby Sleeping Bags are compliant with the Standard AS/NZS 1249:2003 Children’s Nightwear and limited daywear (an Australian/New Zealand standard specific to fire danger and the appropriate labeling of childrens sleepwear)

Read on Natural Mommies Daily Blog from Canada: In true Northern Canada style, November 30th was a crisp -40 degrees in both 2007 and 2009. Since inhumane temperatures is my life for almost 8 months of the year, I been through my fair share of sleep sacks. In a cold winter even with the furnace cranked at night, there is still a chill in the house. And to keep our babies from getting too sweaty or too cold while sleeping, it really was a guessing game when it came to sleepwear. Undershirt plus footie jammies or just jammies? Socks? Help! Thankfully Lola & Ben gave us the answer and my little man never has cold hands..read more

“The ability to change the warmth of your merino wool lined sleepsac was perfect for our recent holiday. We left here with the winter liner and when we arrived in Fiji the cotton outer alone was perfect" Sam, Hamilton
I just wanted to let you know that I received my order a couple of weeks ago and I am extremely impressed with the sleeping bag and liner. It is such a well made, well thought out design made from gorgeous natural fabrics. I absolutely love it and the flexibility the snap in merino liner gives me as we live in Brisbane, but travel to see family in cooler climates in NSW, ACT and VIC regularly. I will be spreading the word to all of my Mummy friends and will be ordering another one shortly. Thanks again and congratulations on a fantastic product !!, Renee, Australia
I had to change my seven month son during the night last night, and wanted to tell you that it was so easy with your sleeping bag, it hardly disturbed him at all…thanks! Kerry, Taupo.
I love how you can just transfer baby from the capsule into the sleeping bag without waking him up or distrubing him....Tanya,UK.
