As babies spend most of their early weeks drifting in and out of sleep they need a good supply of comfortable sleepwear.

This design allows for easy nappy changing with a drawstring at the bottom to keep little feet warm and fold down mittens at the cuff to keep little hands warm and prevent scratching.

0-3 months - gown length 58cm
3-6 months - gown length 61cm
6-12 months - gown length 65cm

 

Fire Labelling

The smaller sizes are labelled ’Low Fire Danger’. The size 6-12 months carry a Red High Fire Danger Label on garments over 6-12 months, due to the loose fitting design of a cotton gown.

Organic cotton is grown and processed without the use of harmfulchemical fertilisers and pesticides and has no finishing chemicals on it such as bleaches and fire-retardants which contain dangerous chemicals such as formaldehyde. (Natural fibres are naturally fire resistant).

Nature Baby cotton is handpicked of insects, dyed without heavy metal dyes and hand-produced in organic farming communities for the benefit of all people taking part in the production process.

The wearing of such light, luxurious organic cotton next to the skin allows ventilation, absorbing body moisture and aids in maintaining an even body temperature. It is the perfect fabric for a baby’s sensitive skin.
