Sizes:
The Pepi Snugglesuit™ is a large fit. If your child is smaller than average we recommend you choose a size down from the age group recommendation and vice versa if your child is larger than average. For example a size 1 will cater for the growth span of a child from 1 to 2 years.

Protective & low fire danger:
Merino fleece is naturally flame retardant and self-extinguishing; it does not melt or combust like synthetic fabrics do. Our Merino fabric is rigorously fire safety tested complying with Aus/NZ standard 1249-2003. The garment is labelled Low Fire Risk. Our Merino is not exposed to formaldehyde.
Sustainable

The Pepi Snugglesuit™ merino fabric is Zque certified so you can be assured that only the best standards of production and the highest grades of pure merino are used. From farmer to factory the production of our merino fabric meets high standards for environmentally, socially responsible practices and animal welfare.

Washing instructions:
Merino is easy care machine washable. Merino is a unique natural fibre that breathes, resists odour build up and soiling. Therefore you can reduce the amount of times you wash your garment, just air when needed.

For optimum results we recommend when you do wash your snugglesuit, that you close the zip, turn inside out and machine wash preferably on a gentle wool cycle.

Use only Wool formulated washing detergents. Washing with standard non-wool washing detergents will result in holes and cause the fabric to ladder and fray. Because merino wool is naturally anti-bacterial means you can wash the garment less frequently. We suggest you wash only when soiled and air in the sun

History of the Pepi Snugglesuit!
Inspired by many innovative mothers bringing products to the market, the wonderful range of New Zealand Merino fabrics and the needs of my children, I have taken the opportunity to develop the Pepi Snugglesuit™ sleep-suit range.

I designed the Pepi Snugglesuit™ for my toddler who had almost out-grown his sleeping bag and had started to stand and walk. He was at the stage where his sleeping bag limited his movement making him frustrated when he was ready to stand up and get moving.
I wanted to find an all-in-one suit that he could sleep in and walk around in, which importantly was made in a natural fibre. This would allow me to get some sleep knowing that he wasn’t going to wake up cold from kicking off his blankets or trying to wriggle out of his sleeping bag.
There were plenty of synthetic sleepwear options on the marketbut I could not find anything in a natural fibre, so I made one myself. The result is the Pepi Snugglesuit™. This sleep suit has worked extremely well for us and my children love wearing it.
