Suitable for toddlers over the age of 24 months of age.... this lovely topical body blend can be very useful if sleep patterns have gotten out of routine.  Made with therapeutic grade essential oils including Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile & Sweet Marjoram.

Lovingly rub on the chest and neck & a swipe under the nose every night for a few weeks may help to restore a good sleep pattern (if used as directed).

This is a very safe & gentle blend - it has wonderful natural relaxing & sedating properties.

This blend is suitable for toddlers and children over the age of 24 months.

Please note: It’s important to apply the sleep blend as the last thing you do before lights out - if it is applied too early, the effects may wear off with busyness and activity.

External use only, the blend must not be ingested. 100% natural, pure essential oils and plant-based carrier oils are used in this topical treatment.
Aromatherapy blends have a cumulative effect, the longer you use them, the better they get.

“I have a practice Roxburgh, Central Otago, New Zealand, where I see clients on a consultation basis. The consults can be face to face, over the phone or by Skype. I prepare 100% natural essential oil complimentary health products using pure high-quality essential oils, and plant-based carrier oils. I follow a strict ‘best standards’ methods of essential oil use, topical and various inhalation methods. Safety is paramount and I have a zero-risk policy. I believe strongly in professional development and uses the resources of Tisserand Institute in the UK for this as well as other research & scientific studies by Dr Robert Pappas & Mark Webb."
As well as my own Le'Esscience Facebook page, I am one of the admins of the Aroma Safety Facebook page (run by Australian & NZ qualified Aromatherapists) and runs her own Essential oil Saftey group - education and safety are vital in essential oil use and with the high risk and potentially dangerous trends that have emerged by unqualified resellers, this is even more important. Qualifications, in this industry, really do matter.”
Please note: Many essential oils can be toxic if ingested, even in moderate doses. Never ingest or use undiluted essential oils (neat) on the skin, for any 'therapeutic' purposes. If an oil is ingested by accident, drink fatty milk and seek advice, do not drink water nor induce vomiting. All Le’Esscience products are made with high quality, 100% pure essential oils.
