These Postpartum Pants are highly absorbent, giving you peace of mind that you won't leak. The underwear has a wide, stretchy waistband with side-cuffs, so they are super soft, gentle and comfortable, exactly where you need it. Our customers have found them comfortable to use even after a c-section and they have praised the underwear's absorbency.

Slip on and off like your normal underwear or tear along the seam to remove and dispose of accordingly. Do not flush or wash in the washing machine!
