New Zealand: We offer the following payment solutions through our New Zealand website only.
Australia: We are not able to offer buy now, pay later to Australian addresses at this time.
Store Credit:
If you have a store credit, you can use this as a payment type at checkout. You will see the store credit value at the top of your account page. Store Credit does not expire. Please note store credit can't be transferred between accounts.
Bank Deposit - Customer Service
Sometimes we need to take an additional bank deposit payment with a change of order or exchange. Where our Customer Services team asks you to select this payment option, please follow the payment instructions you will receive upon completion of your purchase.
Gift Cards/ Vouchers
Enter the code for your Gift Voucher into the Discount code or Gift Voucher box, which will show below the products in your Order Summary. Note this is with the other discounts and rewards, not with the payment types.
Split Payments
Our website can accept payment of Gift Voucher and Credit Card.
If you want to pay with 2 credit cards (eg credit card and pressie card), please use this process:
- Purchase a Gift Voucher with one card, eg if you have a $100 Pressie Card, then purchase a Gift Voucher for $100 with your Pressie Card
- Add your items to your card
- Check out paying with your $100 Gift Voucher and pay the balance on your second card.
Payment for Click & Collect or Express Shipping
Click and Collect orders must be paid for before collection. Please pay with Shopify Payments to ensure your order can be processed as quickly as possible.
Orders placed with Bank Deposit cannot be processed and collected until payment has cleared in our account.
International Payments
The Sleep Store NZ and AU pricing
The Sleep Store ships to customers in New Zealand and Australia, from our warehouse in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand. When an order is shipping to an address in New Zealand, customers will be presented our New Zealand product selection and NZD price list. When an order ships to an Australian address, customers will be presented with our Australian product selection and AUD price list. Not all items ship to Australia, the main exceptions being bulky items which are prohibitively expensive to ship.
Viewing the correct country version – NZ or AU
You should be invited to select the ‘version’ of our website relevant to your shipping country when you visit. If you need to change between the New Zealand and Australian version you can select ‘View As’ New Zealand or ‘View As’ Australia at the bottom of the page. You will then be presented with pricing and product selection relevant to your delivery country. Once a shipping address is selected, prices will automatically reflect the correct delivery country and price list.
Can I send a gift to NZ if I live in Australia, or Australia if I live in NZ
The short answer is yes you can have an order delivered to a New Zealand address if you live in Australia, or an Australian address if you live in New Zealand. If you are in Australia and wish to have an order delivered to New Zealand, you need to ensure you have selected ‘View As’ New Zealand, so that New Zealand prices, product selection and delivery addresses are available. Conversely if you are in New Zealand and wish to have an order delivered to an Australian address, you need to ensure you have selected ‘View As’ Australia, so that Australian prices, product selection, and delivery addresses are available.
International charges
It is important to note that when a customer in New Zealand ships to Australia, or a customer in Australia ships to New Zealand, this is likely to be considered an international transaction by your card issuer. You may be charged an additional Currency Conversion Fee/Off Shore Margin fee by your Credit Card merchant. This is beyond the control of The Sleep Store. While any additional charges are likely to be modest, you may wish to check with your bank first for applicable fees.
