The Vital Bits Instant Ice Maxi Pads are the ultimate padsicle to help soothe your bits during postpartum recovery.

Designed with a soft, contoured shape that fits snugly and discreetly to provide cooling relief that helps reduce swelling and discomfort.

Using it is simple: just fold the padsicle in half, and it will quickly provide 40 minutes of cooling relief.

Each padsicle is highly absorbent, soaking up to 160mls to keep you dry and comfortable throughout your recovery. It also includes a non-slip adhesive backing strip, allowing you to move freely without worry.

Postpartum recovery can often be a no-frills journey, but that doesn’t mean you need to suffer unassisted.

Care

Do not refrigerate, freeze or reuse, & keep away from extreme heat or open flame.
Do not puncture, strike or step on this pad. If the pad is punctured or leaking, discard it immediately. If content enters the eyes, open-wound or comes into contact with skin, seek medical attention.
For external use only. Harmful if content is ingested. Incase of accidental ingestion, drink 1 or 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting & seek medical attention immediately.

To activate, fold the pad in half until you feel a break (depending on the positioning of the contents, you may find it easier to squeeze the contents until you feel a pop).

Give the contents a squeeze to distribute it evenly within the pad & remove the exterior sleeve.

Remove the adhesive strip and secure the pad to your underpants.
