WaterWipes does not use plastic as an ingredient in manufacturing its wipes. However, the packaging is made from plastic film, and microplastics are ubiquitous in the environment, meaning trace amounts of microplastics may be present in the finished product.

Same Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm NZT, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. This excludes public holidays and high order volume promotional periods.

Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.
