With an adjustable seat and headrest, the Gemini Baby Carrier adapts as your baby grows, providing secure support for newborns through to toddlerhood (3.1kg–15.8 kg). Thoughtfully designed to support healthy development, it features Beco’s innovative M-Cloud design, helping baby sit in the expert-recommended “M” position, and is certified hip-healthy by the IHDI.

Can I carry my new born in the Gemini?
Yes! With a weight suitability range of 3.1kg to 15.8kg, it is designed to accommodate smaller babies, through to toddlerhood. The seat adjusts small enough for a newborn, meaning you don't need an additional newborn insert. Please do seek assistance from our babywearing consultants if using from newborn so we can help you achieve a safe fit.

What different carry positions does the Gemini have?

The Gemini can be worn in 4 ways:

Inwards facing carry from 3.1kg
Front Facing carry from 6.8-11.3kg
Hip carry from 6.8-11.3kg
Back carry from 9-15.8kg
Plus the Gemini has multiple seat positions - with four different settings to suit the hip spread of newborns through to toddlers

Safety -

The Gemini V2 is made by highly reputable USA brand Beco.
The Gemini and all Beco Carriers meet the very tough USA baby carrier standard ASTM F2236-16a and European Standard EN13209-2 Soft Carriers Certified.
Please note there is no NZ safety standard for baby carriers, so we carefully select our carriers that meet the USA and/or the European standard.
The Beco Gemini is deemed “hip-healthy” by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.

Same Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm NZT, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. This excludes public holidays and high order volume promotional periods.

Delivery times: Most NZ orders arrive overnight (business days only). South Island allow up to 3 business days. Large deliveries will take longer. AU Delivery time is approx 3-6 working days into main cities, and 5-7 working days outside main centres. We cannot guarantee any of these times.

Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $120 (excluding bulky items). Shipping starts at $8 (within NZ) and $15 (to AU) based on weight and postcode.
