The Glow Dreaming Glow Sleep Easy Unit is a bluetooth enabled sleeping aid. It includes a pink noise sound machine, red light, sleep trainer function and aromatherapy. Please note some features on the app require a subscription service.

Set a timer - choose 2 or 4 hours, or choose to have it running throughout the night.
Aromatherapy - Optional essential oil blends are available to use with your Sleep Easy unit if you would like to add an aroma to the air (The Sleep Store recommends from 3 years old only
Diffuser / small capacity humdifier - (please note the tank is only 400ml so small compared to other humidifiers)
Sleep trainer - Green to Rise Light helps your child to learn the best times to be asleep and awake. This function can be automated through the paid app or alternatively the green light can be activated by manually pressing the button on the unit itself.
App enabled - This unit can be controlled from any room in the house via Bluetooth and the Glow Dreaming Sleep Easy App - note the information below on the free versus paid version of the app.
Personalisation - Glow sleeves are available for purchase to change the appearance of your unit.
Child lock button to stop little fingers from changing the settings on the unit. You can still use your app to control the unit.

Glow Dreaming app:

The Glow Dreaming app is available as a free version and a paid version. Please note the free version of the app will unlock a limited number of features and services only.

The paid subscription which is $4.95AUD monthly ($59AUD annual) unlocks features such as:

Customised settings, schedules and automations
Weekly sleep insights and analytics
Access to Glow Dreaming's sleep advice
Access to a sleep specialist for expert guidance whenever you need

It takes less than 60 seconds to set up. Turn the device on 20 minutes before bed as part of the wind down routine and the Glow Dreaming will do the rest.

The Sleep Store do not recommend using essential oils under the age of 3 years. The Glow Dreaming unit can be used without essential oils, they are an optional extra sold separately. We recommend seeking the advice of a certified aromatherapist or medical professional if you want to use essential oils under the age of 3 years.

Care: It's best to clean your humidifier at least once a week. Always unplug your humidifier before you clean it. Water and electricity can be dangerous together. Empty, rinse and dry the base and tank with a microfiber cloth every day. Weekly clean - Turn off the power at the wall and remove the plug from the base of the Glow. Remove the lid and carefully pour out any remaining water from the side marked 'Drain Side'. Fill the water tank with 1 tablespoon white vinegar and 200ml warm water (up to 70°C). Leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water tank. Wipe out the tank, outer lid, inner lid and power socket with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove any water and dust. Do not use a tissue paper as these can leave residue behind which may affect performance. Check the speaker on the underside of the unit to ensure there is no dust build up. Gently blow on the speaker to dislodge any dust. Do not use acid based detergents, solvents or abrasives as these will damage the unit and may cause it to emit harmful gases.

Download our App to access additional features including the remote control – all the recommended settings for the Light, Pink Noise and Humidifier are pre-set in the app, turn them on with a single touch! Customised settings and content shown in the app is based on your babies age.
Place your Glow 1m or 3ft away from the edge of the bed. Ideally the unit will be eye level in a place where your little one can easily see it while lying down.
Put it on a hard surface like a table. Soft fabric, carpet or rattan will dull the sound of the noise as the speaker is in the base of the unit.
Fill your base with plain tap water. There are markers on the side of the base that show you how long it will run for. Do not overfill the base. You need to leave enough space in the base for the cool mist to circulate. Add recommended dose of essential oils if you are using them.
Place lid on and turn gently until it locks into place.
Point the Cool Mist towards your little one. Run the Glow for 20 mins before bringing your little one into the room, then use the Wind Down and Overnight settings for best results.
You have the ability to turn on the Sleep Easy Unit using the app.

Ensure you place your machine at a minimum of 1 metre from the person sleeping
